TD-SCDMA forum council meeting 2003

On Dec 23th of 2003,TD-SCDMA forum council meeting 2003 was held in Beijing. “Forum Working Report 2003”, “Forum Financial Report 2003”, “Forum Website Working Report” were presented at the TD-SCDMA forum council meeting 2003. Mr. Zhou Huan (president of Datang), chairman of the forum, Mr. Li Wanlin (from Siemens), vice chairman of the forum presented and spoke at the meeting.

A serious of reports were passed at the meeting, including: “Forum Working Plan 2004”, “Forum Financial Budget Plan 2004” and so on.

All the council members acknowledged the achievement made by the forum, and provided suggestions for the development of TD-SCDMA forum.
